Mr. Castellano has a general practice with a concentration in residential and commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, financing, development, construction, zoning/land use and leasing. He also represents individuals and companies in the formation, acquisition and sale of businesses. In addition, he litigates civil/commercial matters such as breach of contract, landlord-tenant and construction disputes in the courts of New York State as well as in the alternative dispute resolution venues of arbitration and mediation.

Mr. Castellano represents a variety of individuals from the first time home buyer to the experienced entrepreneur, as well as small to medium-sized businesses.

Prior to joining the firm in 2003 as an “of counsel” attorney, Mr. Castellano was an associate at the New York City law firm of Lyman & Landy, LLP.
