Our representation for existing organizations includes the preparation and submission of annual, biennial and other statements and submissions as required under the law and the preparation of a variety of recurring and single-use contracts. We also help create strategic partnerships, consulting arrangements and executive compensation plans and prepare employment agreements and non-competition agreements.
