William E. Sulzer is of counsel at the Firm. His area of practice is Real Estate Tax Assessment Litigation with a concentration in all aspects of real property valuation, taxation and assessment related issues.
Mr. Sulzer represents many large institutional real estate owners, corporations, financial institutions, developers, shopping centers, country clubs, condominiums, cooperatives, and private residences. He has lectured on various real property taxation issues.
Some notable decisions include: Carter v. City of Mount Vernon, No. 19301/02 (D.N.Y. Sup. Ct. filed Nov. 25, 2003); Keren Development Inc. et al. v. Greenburg, 792 N.Y.S. 2d 912 (N.Y. App. Div. 2005); EMP of Cadillac v. Village of Spring Valley, 789 N.Y.S. 2d 522 (N.Y. App. Div. 2005); JB Park Place Realty LLC v. Bronxville, No. 06-6380, slip op. 52106V (N.Y. Sup. Ct.
