Stephen A. Veneruso, Esq.
Partner
Stephen's practice involves all aspects of transactional real estate law in both New York and Florida, including commercial development and finance, land use and zoning, corporate formations, commercial sales and acquisitions, office and retail leasing, and residential sales and acquisitions. He also represents a wide array of cooperatives and condominiums throughout Westchester County and the New York metropolitan area.
Prior to joining Veneruso, Curto, Schwartz & Curto, LLP., Mr. Veneruso worked as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Yonkers.
During law school, Stephen worked in the the chambers of the Hon. Robert M. DiBella of the New York State Supreme Court, and served as a law clerk in the New York based Law Office of Pitta & Giblin, LLP.
