Mr. Accinelli’s practice involves all aspects of transactional real estate law, including commercial development and finance, office and retail leasing, sales and acquisitions, including; office, multi-family residential and company structuring to affect the foregoing. His practice also includes land use matters involving zoning amendments, special permits, variances, and other governmental approvals.
He has represented a broad range of clients having diverse backgrounds and interests including developers, owners, institutional investors, lenders, not for profits and real estate advisers and cooperative corporations and condominium associations. Prior experience also includes business law transactional practice at a major international law firm with offices in New York City.
